Submitting an order at checkout does not charge you. We confirm that every item in your order is available, then send a secure payment link by email. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and your parcel dispatches from Japan after that.
Payment links come only from orders@tacklekura.com and always carry your order number. The payment page is hosted by our payment provider, never by a third party, and we never ask for card details by email, chat or phone. If anything looks different, do not pay; forward the message to support@tacklekura.com and we will check it.
Prices are shown in US dollars with the Japanese yen reference beside them. The amount on your payment page is the amount you pay. Prices carry the date they were last updated and are reconfirmed before your payment link is sent; if anything changes, we ask you to approve the revised order first.
If an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, you choose a full refund to the original payment method or a replacement. We never substitute without your approval.
