Every order ships from Japan with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Japan; timing varies by item and destination and is confirmed with your payment link. Backorder and preorder items take longer. When an order mixes ready and backorder items, everything ships together when all items are ready, and you receive tracking by email the moment your parcel dispatches.
Choose EMS tracked or courier (DHL) at checkout. Shipping is calculated from the packed weight of your parcel and the destination; the figure at checkout is an estimate, and the exact amount is confirmed with your payment link.
Long rods travel in their own carton and are priced separately because carriers charge by packed length. The packed length is listed on every rod page.
Import duties and taxes at the destination are not included in our prices and may be collected on delivery by your customs authority or the carrier.
Items in one order are packed into one parcel wherever possible, which usually costs less than shipping items separately. Add line, leaders and hooks to a reel order and they travel in the same box.
