Submitting an order is a request, not a charge. We confirm availability, then send a secure payment link. A contract forms when your payment succeeds. Prices are reconfirmed before the payment link is sent; if anything changes, we ask you to approve the revised order first.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, you choose a full refund or a replacement. Preorder and production-run items cannot be cancelled once ordered from the maker; this is stated on the item.
Parcels ship from Japan with tracking. Shipping charges at checkout are estimates confirmed with the payment link. Import duties and taxes at the destination are the customer's responsibility.
